Richard Wilson, President
Richard Wilson is the founder and President of the Business Consulting group, an 18,500+ member group.
Due to the realization that most professionals receive very little if any practical training from their employer or school within their specific area of work Richard helped create the Business Consulting Group. The mission of the Business Consulting Group is to provide practical online training and certification programs for niche professions and industries so that teams or individual professionals may learn only what is relevant and practical instead of traditional and generic.
Richard is a frequent speaker at conferences and he presents within his own full day training workshops every year in cities such as New York, Singapore, London, Brussels, San Francisco, Moscow, Chicago, Tokyo, Boca Raton, and Hong Kong. Richard is the author of six books and he has written and published over 5,000 articles that have been read by over 20,000,000 professionals in the business and finance industries. Richard has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Oregon State University, an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Portland, and he has completed masters level research and coursework on the psychology of influence at Harvard University within their ALM department.
Theodore O’Brien, Business Consulting Advisor
Theo serves as an Advisor to the Business Consulting Group and, in his role as Managing Director of Wilson Holdings Company, he directs the training division’s corporate strategy, business development, and marketing. Over the last several years, Theo has led the production of many of our multi-media resources, coordinated our global training workshops, and advised on the content of a number of our training programs.
Adriana Albuquerque, Director of Candidate Services
Adriana Albuquerque handles participant inquiries and research projects. Adriana also helps the Business Consulting Group coordinate our global networking events and speaking engagements. She has experience in working for a translation firm, market research, and online education delivery systems.
With her multi-lingual abilities and global business experience, Adriana helps with international client services and making sure our client experience is always being improved. Some of the video content for this international finance programs were recorded with Adrian’s help in locations such as Sao Paulo, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Mexico.
Charlie Wilson, Technical Program Producer
Charlie Wilson is the Business Consulting Group’s technical advisor on video and audio programs supplied within all of our training and certification programs. Charlie helps produce videos, membership-based websites, recorded phone interviews, and overall training packages. Charlie’s background is in conducting market research and multimedia product design, and today he helps us manage our library of over 1,500 video recordings and 300+ audio expert interviews.
Rafael Tassini, Resource Research & Construction
Rafael Tassini was added to our team to help us consistently produce new resources, alumni benefits, and downloadable multimedia from our website. Rafael is an expert in resource research and construction and many of the tools you use within our programs were built with his help. Rafael works for us full time from our Sao Paulo, Brazil office and he is currently helping our team develop our international program offerings.

Malko Ebers: Malko is the CEO of New York Business Consultants and on the Board of the New York City Peace Museum. His firm provides consulting for small and mid-sized companies which need help identifying new business opportunities, strategic planning, hiring the right people, and allocating the correct resources in order to grow.

Andrew Miller: Andrew is President of ACM Consulting, Inc. who is known as “The Procurement Guru.” Andrew works with both public and private sector businesses in generating operational and financial improvements. Terri Levine: Terri is a business mentor, coach, and consultant. She focuses on working with small business consulting clients which range from startups to larger companies who are looking for new business and executive coaching/consulting help. She has both corporate and business ownership experience, and she helps her clients with business management, personal, and organizational challenges and she has a P.h.D in organizational behavior.
Steve Wintner: Steve is owner and founder of Management Consulting Services (MSC). He has over 6 decades of experience as an executive at two architecture firms and owned his own firm in the industry. He is now focused on providing management consulting services clients in the U.S.
Dave Turkin: Dave is President of Accessible Business Consultants, which is a boutique business consulting firm which serves small to medium sized businesses with expertise in one-on-one consulting.
Bruce has a PhD in Organizational Psychology and he has a background in teaching, consulting on employee opinion surveys and organizational behavior, and teaching others how to build their own consulting firms.
Eli David: Eli is a CPA, economist, and MBA graduate with extensive experience in business analysis, business planning, and consulting. Eli is a former auditor at a top accounting firm KPMG, and has also done consulting for BDO Consultants. Eli owns a consulting business and does work with startups and medium size business clients in several areas,he is based in Argentina.
